        江苏恒源机械制造有(yǒu)限公司专注于汽車(chē)关键零部件的研发、生产及销售，主要為(wèi)國(guó)内外知名汽車(chē)零部件企业提供服務(wù)。恒源机械成立于2002年，公司总占地面积26万平方米，总厂房面积22万平方米。
       公司有(yǒu)高压压铸生产線(xiàn)22台套，重力铸造生产線(xiàn)5条，低压铸造生产線(xiàn)5条，立式加工中心近1000台，卧式加工中心10台，車(chē)铣复合中心25台，卧式数控車(chē)床136台，立式数控車(chē)床17台，拉床25台，铣床及其他(tā)设备80余台。目前已形成年生产制动系统零部件1200万套，底盘系统零部件300万件，传动系统零部件100万件，发动机系统零部件300万件，新(xīn)能(néng)源充電(diàn)系统零部件200万件。
       具备完善的质量保证能(néng)力，公司从2003年开始先后通过了ISO9000、IATF16949和ISO14001的认证，具备原材料理(lǐ)化性能(néng)测试和表面处理(lǐ)试验能(néng)力，从管理(lǐ)體(tǐ)系上保证了公司产品质量的可(kě)靠性，先后被大陆汽車(chē)、采埃孚、博世、日立安斯泰莫等客户评為(wèi)优秀供应商(shāng)。
       江苏省专精特新(xīn)企业，江苏省企业技术中心，國(guó)家级博士后科(kē)研工作站，江苏省示范博士后科(kē)研工作站，江苏省民(mín)营科(kē)技企业，江苏省液压系统工程技术研究中心，多(duō)个产品被认定為(wèi)“江苏省隐形冠军产品”和“江苏省两新(xīn)产品”。

技术研发能(néng)力/R&D Capability

          公司主要从事汽車(chē)关键零部件的研发、 生产、 销售。 目前公司汽車(chē)空调压缩机的加工方法、 汽車(chē)底盘系统的转向节、刹車(chē)卡钳共获得13个國(guó)家发明专利，30多(duō)个实用(yòng)新(xīn)型专利。
          Hengyuan mainly engages in research & development, manufacturing and sales of key auto parts, and takes the leading position in machining industry. Currently Hengyuan has obtained 13 national invention patents for auto air conditioner compressor machining and more than 30 utility model patents for fixtures of steering knuckles and braking calipers & brackets.
          公司现有(yǒu)科(kē)技人员 112人，其中高级工程师 9人，工程师 55人，技术员及助理(lǐ)工程师 40人，工艺专家 8人。 同时我们和大院大所进行合作，把高校的科(kē)研力量运用(yòng)到企业发展中，从加工技术到材料分(fēn)析，再到夹具夹紧力的有(yǒu)限元分(fēn)析，在自主研发过程中我们采用(yòng)三维软件进行编程和模型设计。目前公司研发中心有(yǒu)双主轴加工中心、車(chē)铣复合中心20台，三维测量仪、拉伸测试机、硬度测试机、轮廓仪等各类高精度测试设备10余台，具有(yǒu)很(hěn)强的研发能(néng)力。
          Hengyuan now has 112 scientific and technical engineers, among which there are 9 senior engineers, 55 engineers, 40 technicians and assistant engineers and 8 process experts. Meanwhile, we cooperate with top universities and colleges, and apply scientific research power of universities and colleges into enterprise development. From machining technique to material analysis, and to fixture clamping force finite element analysis, we use three-dimensional software for programming and pattern design during the independent research and development. Now the R&D Center of Hengyuan has 20 double-spindle machining centers and combined turning and milling machines, more than 10 sets of high precision test equipment, such as CMM machines, extension test machine, hardness tester and contourgraph, and has very strong R&D capability.
          公司组建研发中心后，研发新(xīn)产品能(néng)力得到优化，力量得以组合，有(yǒu)利于研发新(xīn)产品规范化、产业化。根据公司市场发展的需要在引进设备上主要选择自动化和智能(néng)化设备。在加工选择上主要研发和生产汽車(chē)安全领域的产品，填补國(guó)内民(mín)营企业加工汽車(chē)安全件的空白。
          After establishing the R&D Center, Hengyuan has optimized new product research and development capability and combined strength for the convenience of new product R&D standardization and industrialization. To meet market development needs, Hengyuan mainly chooses automation and intelligence equipment while buying new machines, and researches and manufactures automotive safety products, with the aim to fill in gaps of domestic private enterprises in machining of auto safety products.

          生产線(xiàn)采用(yòng)机器人或机械手代替人工操作，使得机械加工过程更加稳定，产品质量得到进一步提升。目前有(yǒu)机器人或机械手22台套。
          The production line adopts robots or manipulators instead of manual operation, which makes the machining process more stable and product quality further improved. Currently there are 22 sets of robots or manipulators.
